The CutawayThe Cutaway by Christina Kovac
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book is a great mystery with interesting and well thought out characters. This book follows the disappearance of a young attorney in Washington DC from Virginia, a talented television producer. Virgina gets invested in the case of the missing lawyer and starts investigating the disappearance on her own. This book is well written and fascinating. I highly recommend.

Commonwealth

CommonwealthCommonwealth by Ann Patchett
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book follows the lives of two families brought together after a kiss that started off the path of divorce. This author has a great way of telling the story in a way that makes you want to know more. I loved the plot concept and how well the characters were portrayed. That being said, The beginning was hard to get my literal motorboat going but once I got in the middle of the first chapter I found it to be a very pleasing storyline. Excited to see what other books this author has to offer.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

*I got this book in exchange for my review*

This is my first book from author Stephen Dobyns. The beginning started off a little slow for my taste but later on in the chapters it compensates. The plotline and characters were fantastic. I really enjoyed the storyline and chemistry between the characters. Look forward to reading more books by this author.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Received this book in exchange for my review

This book is the 2nd book in the Imago trilogy. This book carried on where The mirror stage left. In this book, you get to know the characters a little more. This book was certainly a page turner and the length was on spot, not too short not and not extremely long. Very interested to see what future holds for this brilliant author.
